Terms of Service
Last updated 3 August 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of xpush.app (“xpush.app”, “we”). By creating an account or paying for a plan you agree to them. If you do not, do not use the service.
1. What xpush.app does
xpush.app helps you write posts for X, schedule them, and keep track of the people you are building a network with. You connect your own X account and we publish to it on your behalf, at the times you schedule. We do not post anything you have not created or approved.
Reply drafting is a writing aid. Replies are copied by you and posted by you on X — xpush.app does not send replies to other people’s posts.
2. Your account
You are responsible for what is published from your connected X account through xpush.app, and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must be old enough to hold an X account and to enter a contract where you live. One person, one account; do not share credentials.
You must follow X’s own terms and developer policy while using xpush.app. If X restricts or removes your account, we cannot restore it.
3. Plans, billing and credits
- Plans are monthly and are billed through Polar, our payment provider. There is no free tier.
- Every plan starts with a 3-day free trial. We collect a payment method when you sign up but charge nothing until the trial ends. Cancel before it ends and you are never charged. During the trial you receive a pro-rated share of the plan’s monthly credits; the remainder is added when the first payment succeeds. One trial per customer.
- Your first month is charged at 30% off the plan price. Every month after that is charged at the full plan price shown at checkout.
- Each plan includes a monthly allowance of credits. Credits pay for work that costs us money to perform — AI generation, publishing, and reads from X. The price of each action is shown before you spend it.
- Credits do not roll over. The allowance resets at the start of each billing period.
- You may request a full refund within 3 days of your first charge. Email us and we will refund it. After that window, and for every renewal after the first, payments are non-refundable: you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, but we do not refund partial periods.
- We may change prices or allowances. If we do, the change applies from your next billing period and we will tell you before it takes effect.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use xpush.app to:
- post content that is unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or that impersonates another person or organisation;
- operate accounts on someone else’s behalf without their permission, or run coordinated inauthentic activity;
- resell, redistribute, or automate access to the service outside the interfaces we provide;
- attempt to circumvent credit limits, plan limits, or the rate limits that keep the service usable for everyone.
We may suspend an account that breaks these rules. Where the breach is serious or repeated we may close it without refund.
5. Your content
Everything you write stays yours. You grant us only the permission we need to run the service: to store your drafts, to send them to the AI providers listed in our Privacy Policy when you ask for a generation, and to publish them to X when you schedule them. We do not sell your content and we do not use it to train models.
6. Availability and third parties
xpush.app depends on services we do not control — X, our AI providers, and our hosting and payment providers. Scheduling is best-effort: posts are published by a recurring job and can land a few minutes after the time you chose. If X is unavailable, rejects a post, or changes its API, a scheduled post may fail. We show you when that happens, but we cannot guarantee delivery.
7. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost reach, followers, or revenue, or for anything that happens to your X account. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
8. Ending the agreement
You can cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting your account removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy and revokes our access to your X account. We may end this agreement if you break these terms, or with 30 days’ notice if we stop offering the service.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will tell you before it applies. Mandatory consumer protections where you live continue to apply. Questions can be sent through our Support page.
